Flexibility Fundamentals - Learn how to safely and effectively reach your flexibility and mobility goals. We will be using active and passive exercises to stretch all parts of the body, especially the parts used in splits and backends such as the legs, hips, back, and shoulders. Perfect for movement artists, or anyone who wants to become more flexible. Requirements All levels are welcome
